The establishment, with a strong and growing base of approximately 800 members, is formally registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, ensuring its legal recognition and structured governance. In addition, it is also registered as a Public Trust under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950, which further strengthens its credibility and commitment to transparency in its operations. The organization has received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to undertake Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, enabling it to actively collaborate with corporates in receiving CSR funds and accordingly driving meaningful social impact initiatives. It is also recognized as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and is registered on the DARPAN portal, enhancing its visibility and authenticity at the national level.<\/p>

In terms of funding and contributions, the establishment is eligible to receive donations under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, allowing donors to avail tax benefits and encouraging greater participation in its initiatives. It is also authorized to receive funds through CSR contributions from corporate entities, further supporting its social and developmental programs.
